Terms & Conditions – No Phones Event
Effective Date: 27th March 2026
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with any venue or third-party provider policies where applicable.
1.2 Your purchase of a ticket and/or membership constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Tickets are only valid if purchased via the official website: www.nickyslimting.com
Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources will be invalid and entry will be refused.
1.4 The organisers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1 A valid ticket is required for entry. No ticket, no entry.
2.2 This is a members-only event. Entry is strictly limited to registered members.
2.3 All guests must present valid photo ID, which must match the name on the ticket.
2.4 The event operates a strict 25+ policy. Under 18s are not permitted.
3. No Phones Policy
3.1 This is a strict no phones event.
3.2 All mobile devices must be placed in a secure locked pouch upon entry. Once secured, the pouch will be handed back to guests to keep with them throughout the event.
3.3 Phones can only be unlocked at designated unlocking points upon leaving the event.
3.4 The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to mobile devices or personal belongings.
4. Tickets
4.1 Members are entitled to one ticket per event.
4.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.3 Tickets must not be resold, transferred, or purchased on behalf of another person.
4.4 Tickets must be valid, complete, and presented upon request at any time during the event.
4.5 Tickets must not be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4.6 Ticket prices may increase over time. The organisers accept no liability for missed discounted pricing.
4.7 Any breach of these Terms will result in the ticket being void, refusal of entry, or removal from the event without refund.
5. Membership
5.1 All members must provide accurate information when registering.
5.2 Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
5.3 The organisers reserve the right to revoke or refuse membership at any time.
5.4 Any breach of conduct or Terms may result in immediate termination of membership.
6. Security & Safety
6.1 All guests are subject to security checks and bag searches upon entry.
6.2 Searching is a condition of entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry.
6.3 Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

Illegal substances

Weapons or items deemed dangerous
6.4 Any prohibited items may be confiscated.
6.5 Any illegal activity will result in removal and may be reported to the police.
6.6 The event operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.
7. Conduct
7.1 Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees at all times.
7.2 Aggressive, disruptive, antisocial, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
7.3 Bullying or harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
8. Alcohol Policy
8.1 Alcohol will be available at the event.
8.2 A Challenge 21 policy will be in operation.
8.3 Guests are expected to drink responsibly.
9. Event Changes & Cancellation
9.1 The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including line-up, timings, or venue.
9.2 The organisers accept no liability for cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including (but not limited to):

Acts of God

Government restrictions
-
Civil unrest
-
Emergencies
10. Refunds
10.1 All tickets are non-refundable.
10.2 Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or failure to meet entry requirements.
10.3 Tickets are not eligible for transfer or substitution.
11. Liability
11.1 The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by negligence.
11.2 Guests may be held liable for any damage caused to the venue, staff, or other attendees.
12. Media & Recording
12.1 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
12.2 These recordings may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
12.3 CCTV and security recording may be in operation for safety and crime prevention.
13. Health & Safety
13.1 Guests must comply with all instructions given by event staff and security.
13.2 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in enclosed spaces.
13.3 No animals are permitted on site.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
14.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
14.2 Your information may be used to contact you regarding future events and updates.
14.3 Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary.
14.4 As part of the membership application process, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your social media details. This information is mandatory and forms part of our verification process. Failure to provide the required information may result in your application being declined.
